It's a little bitty "Art Quilt", and I use that term VERY loosely!
I have titled it "ON THE CHEEP"
( It's a bird. get it?) I made it on the cheap and in a hurry, all will stuff I found laying or is it lying? around in my sewing room,,,,,,,,,,,, There is lots lots of stuff laying/lying around in there. :)
Here is some of the stuff,,,,,,,,,,OLD ric-rac, silk kimono scraps, perle cotton and macrame cord.

What a "Great Idea"! Sure would be nice to know people are actually reading what you write. I read your blog every day-sometimes multiple times in one day and would like to think others are reading mine!

I read your blog all the time since I visited your store with my mom and you put a pic of my daughter up! You always look like you're having so much fun. I wish I could've been at the yarn tasting. I'm definitely stopping by again when I get down to Waupun to visit my mom!

You're so smart, Michele! Not only in creating this contest, but in everything. Is there anything you can't do?!

I wanted to enter your contest so badly that I went to the library to enter. You see, we have dial up (gasp!) so we can't post to your blog with our connection. (You should be getting another post, too. The glasses guy is sitting next to me at the library and his fingers are typing away.)

Anyway, I love reading your blog and learning about your life and seeing the great things you make!

When I met you I quickly learned what a creative, gifted person you were. Your knitting, sewing and crocheting projects are beautiful. I feel your really great talent is your writing ability. Since your Blog came on the scene I can't wait to read it and see what's next. Please keep writing even if it means one less finished item in the shop this week. fluoride

I'm hoping I can get the door prize for commenting from the farthest away...it's usually from my home in Japan. ..But until next week it's from Neosho...does that disqualify me?
I am a BLOG GROUPIE. I read it first thing upon waking. I can relate to almost everything you write, since we are only two years apart, our childhood memories are intertwined. AND I WAS AT THE SMOKER!!
This is late, but I believe I still qualify....
