I may never move again.
Moving is wayyyyyyyy too much work.
Where and when did I get all this stuff?
In the middle of all this moving, I had to fly to TNNA (I hate traveling), and spend 4 days in the city.
First the hell. Then the high water.
These photos were taken today. 48 hours after the record rainfall. This is the Rock river, and the dam and parking lot right behind the new shop.
And my Mom is in the hospital.
Now for the bright side.
My Mom is getting better.
I don't have to go to the city for a whole year!
We are ready to open the new shop.
It's not raining today.
But still. I may never move again.

Whoa!! Lots of water!!
And rain in the forecast for your opening day and first knit night in your new place. Hope people are knitting life preservers!
Oh, I got distracted.
I wanted to add...
Your window is lovely!
Can't wait to see the inside!
After 2 weeks of
anticipation, opening day arrived.
And where was I? In the basement listening to the tornado sirens, hoping we would all survive another weather threat. Good luck in our new place. See you soon.

Oh Michele, It really did pour for you this past two weeks. I just pray that things will settle down to a dull roar and you can enjoy your new surroundings. Betty said that you have so much more light so that will physically help you feel better too. Can't wait to come in a see everthing.
I hope you are remaining high & dry! The universe continues to provide!
Hugs
Cinie
