It was me (Not-your-Emily's Grandma). They are campanula. If you want to know the exact name, I can look it up. My neighbor who also received some last year had a "Do you know what this is?" moment about two weeks ago.

The other name for campanula is bellflower. I picked up a couple at the perennial sale outside of Mayville a couple of weeks ago. Pretty aren't they?
